Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how billing, cancellations, and refunds work for X Radar paid plans, operated by [Company Name].

1. Billing Cycle

Paid plans (Creator, Pro, Agency) are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis via Razorpay or Stripe. Each payment covers the upcoming one-month period.

2. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from Settings → Plan & Billing → Cancel. Cancellation stops future renewals. You keep access to paid features until the end of the billing period you have already paid for; access is not removed mid-period.

3. Refunds

  • Payments for the current billing period are generally non-refundable, since you retain access through the end of that period after cancelling.
