Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of X Radar (the "Service"), operated by [Company Name] ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

X Radar helps creators analyze and improve their posts for X (formerly Twitter) using scoring and recommendations derived from publicly available information about ranking signals. X Radar is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by X Corp. or xAI. All scores, signal weights, and recommendations are estimates for informational purposes and do not guarantee any particular reach, engagement, or outcome.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You sign in with your X account via OAuth; you are responsible for activity under your account and for complying with X's own terms when posting through the Service.

3. Acceptable Use

• Do not use the Service to violate X's rules, applicable law, or others' rights.
• Do not attempt to abuse, reverse-engineer, overload, or circumvent the Service or its limits.
• Do not use the Service to generate spam, harassment, or unlawful content.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis through our payment processors (Razorpay and/or Stripe). Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from Settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Third-Party Costs & Limits

Some features depend on third-party APIs (e.g. X API, Anthropic). We apply usage and spend limits per plan to manage cost and prevent abuse; these limits are described in the app and may change.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, excluding your content, is owned by us. You retain ownership of the content you create. You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the Service.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that scores or recommendations will improve your performance on X.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. You can revoke the Service's access to your X account at any time from your X settings.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified in-app or by email. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
